The Spring Sports Mandatory Parent Meeting is 

Tuesday 1/27/15 in the Hillsdale Cafeteria
All Prospective Student Athlete Parents need to attend from 7-8:15pm for the General Rules and Regulations Session and the Team meetings.
All 9/10 and new to HHS Sports Parents need to also attend the Bonus Sportsmanship session from 6-7pm(if you did not attend this year's  Fall or Winter Sportsmanship session already).
All student athletes must have a parent in attendance to be able to fully participate in the Spring Season.  Check the HHS Athletics Website or with your Coach for more information.  This is a parent only event.


Cal Grant (State) and FAFSA (Federal) forms will be reviewed.

Athletic Booster Annual Tailgate Party

The Athletic Booster Annual Tailgate Party is coming up on the eve of the Superbowl, Saturday, January 31, 2015 at the Beresford Recreation Center in San Mateo. With dinner, dancing, games of skill and chance, and all you can eat or drink, register with this form by January 26th for this can't miss event.

Is your club looking for opportunities to raise money? Approved by Athletic Boosters, clubs are now permitted to sell concessions at home sporting events (not quads). If your club is interested in signing up, visit VolunteerSpot through the link below:



All home games will be listed on the VolunteerSpot calendar and all clubs/organizations are welcomed to sign up. Please note that sign-ups are for limited spots per game and a first-come-first-served basis. Clubs are responsible for ALL supplies, including tables, cash, change, chairs, and any other materials necessary for set-up and clean-up. Please communicate within your clubs to make sure sign-up dates are correct, because if your club signs up for an event your club must commit.

This document lists students who are completely paid up for a 2014-15 copy of The Hillsdale Shield.  A handful of students sent payment in for less than the cost; these students/families have received a SchoolLoop e-mail regarding the underpayment. This list will be updated periodically.
