Art Club

To promote and spread art at Hillsdale High School. Throughout the year, members fundraise for the end of the year field trip to visit a local art museum. In addition, the club provides a meeting place for those interested in the arts, allowing students to express themselves through their artwork.

 

Asian Club

To maintain a friendly environment of any ethnicity to interact with each other.

 

Black Student Union

To help others understand the concept of the African-American history and culture in a fun way.

 

C++ Programming Club

To encourage and educate Hillsdale students with computer programming.

 

Cake and Discussion

To facilitate the holding of healthy, academic discussion through the social catalyst of baked goods.

 

Christian Club

To come together in fellowship, and to show love towards everybody on the school campus. Our purpose is to encourage one another and build an academic community. The purpose is also to give back to the community through service opportunities and projects.

To provide incentive for high-achieving students whose GPA qualifies for membership

 

Debate Club

To give students who are interested in current events an outlet to discuss their opinion on important national and global issues with limited structure. We also strive to help students become more informed and broaden their perspective regarding a wide variety of issues.

 

Doctor Who

To discuss Doctor Who, make probs, and videos related to the shows, and cosplays.

 

Drama Club

To connect all those who are interested in theatre and acting.

 

Environmental Club

To advocate environmental action within the school and to keep the student body connected with environmental issues. The environmental club is in charge of collecting the school’s recycling and helps support the solar program.

 

FHA-Hero

To provide students with additional learning experiences, which can provide opportunities for career explorations and skill development related to the Home Economic Field.

 

Fight Against Hunger Now

To raise awareness of hunger needs in our community, across the US, and globally.

 

Filipino Club

To give Filipino American students and any other students interested in the Filipino culture a chance to come together socially to participate in events and activities that hopefully deepen their understanding and appreciation of the culture.

 

Film Club

To explore and experiment with aspects in multiple sections of film production while in a safe, friendly, and peer-induced environment.

Gay Straight Alliance

To provide a safe space for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Queer, Questioning and straight ally students, and to ensure supportive environment in the school.

 

Girls Up

To empower others to get involved, teach their communities that girls matter, and make sure that girls in developing countries are educated, healthy, safe, counted, and positioned to be the next generation of leaders.

 

Hillsdale Band Council

To organize events for the band music department.

 

Hillsdale Effect

To raise funds for women in Guatemala and spread awareness of struggles in third world countries.

 

Jam Club

To expand one’s knowledge of musical studies, learn how to play instruments, and play them. Focus of playing/jamming with others.

 

Japanese Culture

To broaden our horizons and encourage more newcomers to the wonderful world of Japanese Culture. To create a safe and pleasant environment for all, to enjoy and learn the many aspects of Japanese culture, and to teach the students of Hillsdale what it really means to participate and commit to a club and not do things halfway through.

 

Jewish Club

To unite Jewish students at Hillsdale in order to learn more about the culture that they all share This club is dedicated to teaching the Jewish way of life and answering any questions about regular teen life from a Jewish perspective.

 

Knoisy Knights

To promote school spirit and attendance to all sport teams at Hillsdale.

 

Korean Chinese Pop Club

To introduce to students a new kind of music that is currently very popular. This club can also bring students knowledge on new cultures and why their music is what it is today.

 

Latinos Unidos

To do community service, fundraising, and mentor for people of Latin descent and those who would like to widen their knowledge on the Latin community.

 

Math Club

To not only provide assistance to those who need help in math, but to also enlighten students in mathematical subjects beyond what they are currently learning.

 

Middle Eastern

To educate students and staff about the Middle East and to celebrate and share Middle Eastern cultures.

 

Mock Trial

To improve speech and public speaking skills.

 

Outdoor Adventure

To extend our classroom learnings via experiences outdoor.

 

Polynesian Club

To get together and discuss issues surrounding Polynesian culture to celebrate the culture and bring awareness and diversity to the Hillsdale High School campus.

 

Quiz Kids

To unite people interested in trivia and academic sports. Trivia games competitions and fun discussions are the hallmarks of the group. They participate annually in a televised trivia competition.

 

Robotics

To unite students sharing the same interest in robotics. To create an environment where one can exercise their mechanical skills or interest in engineering in order to build a robot to enter in competitions.

 

U-KNIGHTED

To provide a social club for all students to meet, develop common interests, do community service projects, access opportunities for vocational training, and talk/discuss learning differences, life after high school, independent living, and other areas of concerns students with learning disabilities may have.
