HHS Clubs

Interested in joining a club? Or starting one of your own?
Here is the page you can find out all the information on Clubs and Organization at Hillsdale.

PURPOSE OF CLUBS

Clubs and organizations are a large part of the Hillsdale campus community. Along with being fun and encouraging school involvement, they give you a chance to broaden your horizons, both socially and in the particular topic, and foster interactions with teachers outside the normal school setting. Being involved in clubs and organizations at HHS adds an exciting element to being a Knight!

HOW TO JOIN

You are welcome to join a club at any time!  To kick off each new school year, there is an annual Club Day that gives each existing club the opportunity to attract new members and expand their rosters.  This is when you can learn about the current clubs on campus and join as many as you please!  After Club Day, you are still encouraged to join any club.  This website is designed to show you which clubs are active and the information on how you can join.
Below is the most updated list of HHS clubs.

CREATE YOUR OWN!

If at anytime in the year you want to create your own club to enrich Hillsdale's community, here's how to do it!

  1. Gather a minimum of 10 friends who are interested in creating a club with you.
  2. Talk to your teachers and find one who would serve as your Club Advisor.  Club Advisors are necessary to clubs as they serve to monitor and help the club they are involved with.
  3. Go to the Armory (First door on the left in the Florence hallway, across from Room 210) and ask Mrs. Donegan for a Club Charter or scroll down for the form!
  4. As a group, you and your friends will fill out the Club Charter with all necessary information.  NOTE: the ASB signature will be filled in after you have submitted the form
  5. Return the completed Club Charter to Mrs. Donegan in the Armory (hard copy and electronic)
  6. Once your club has been approved, you will be contacted!

NEW CLUB CONCESSIONS OPPORTUNITIES AT HOME GAMES

Is your club looking for opportunities to raise money? Approved by Athletic Boosters, clubs are now permitted to sell concessions at home sporting events (not quads). If your club is interested in signing up, visit VolunteerSpot through the link below:

All home games will be listed on the VolunteerSpot calendar and all clubs/organizations are welcomed to sign up. Please note that sign-ups are for limited spots per game and a first-come-first-served basis. Clubs are responsible for ALL supplies, including tables, cash, change, chairs, and any other materials necessary for set-up and clean-up. Please communicate within your clubs to make sure sign-up dates are correct, because if your club signs up for an event your club must commit.
